SBA has adopted Microsoft?s Sure Step Methodology designed to ensure a consistent approach through the use of standard templates and tools.

Using Sure Step is of particular benefit on multi site/region projects or on projects involving other 3rd parties as it provides a common approach/framework, thereby ensuring the harmonisation of all activities.

Effective Communication

Effective communication is an essential ingredient of successful projects. SBA encourage their clients to participate in regular update meetings, where not only project status updates are discussed, but where risks and issues are identified, thereby allowing early mitigation plans to be implemented and importantly reduce the occurrence of any adverse impact on the project timetable.

Continual Quality & Risk Assessments

Based on the various phases and content of the Sure Step Methodology, SBA always carries out a quality and risk assessment prior to the commencement of each new phase. Ensuring that all the required ?checks and balances? have been completed confirms the quality of the completed phases and provides confidence about future ones.
